How it works

Most of the work is ours, not yours.

Once we’ve reviewed your case, there are two things we need from you - your documents and an electronic signature.

Once you become our client, every step below is tracked in your personal client portal - a live view of exactly where your case stands, which documents are still needed, what's coming next and access to expense and billable hours tracking.

GETTING STARTED

1

Free eligibility meeting

We review your case and tell you honestly where things stand.

2

Written proposal

You receive a custom written proposal with a clear estimate and payment methods.

3

Initial documents

Once you become our client, we provide you with a list of documents that might be relevant to your case and ask you to provide them to us using our online client portal.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

4

Exact requirements

After reviewing what you provided, we give you a precise list of the exact documents that are needed and how each must be treated. We also start the process of obtaining additional documents in the Czech Republic, or surrounding countries, if it is applicable to you.

5

Final check and shipping

Once everything is gathered, we verify that no documents are missing and arrange shipping to our office.

6

Document treatment

We make notarized copies of everything and obtain notarized translations for all the documents that require it. Every original document is returned to you in its original form, and we provide an additional translated notarized copy, in case you need it again down the line.

7

Application package

We prepare the final documents and complete the application forms.

FILING - Depends on the service you choose.

8

Filing, or handover

If you would like us to file on your behalf, we submit the application. If not, we return your documents to you - that marks the end of our involvement.

9

Government review

We wait for approval and handle any additional documents the government requests along the way.

10

Approval

We collect your certificate of citizenship and sign the necessary paperwork. At this point, you are a Czech citizen.

CZECH DOCUMENTS - Optional - depends on the service you choose.

11

Czech certificates

The Czech Republic requires new citizens to obtain a Czech version of their original birth certificates. Depending on what you have chosen, we either return your documents here and you get them at a Czech consulate, or we file for your Czech-issued birth certificate locally. We also suggest that you obtain a Czech version of your marriage certificate, which is optional but often worthwhile.

12

Collection and copies

We collect the Czech-issued documents, sign the paperwork on your behalf, and prepare extra copies for your use.

13

Everything returned

We ship everything back to you. Your complete package lets you apply for a Czech passport directly - at any embassy or consulate abroad, or in person at a municipal office in the Czech Republic that handles passport applications.

Applying with family

Siblings, cousins, and other relatives can apply alongside you at a discounted rate - we regularly handle multiple family members’ cases in parallel. If more than one person in your family might qualify, it’s almost always worth doing together.

A note on timing

We can’t control how quickly the government processes an approval - no one can honestly promise that. What we can promise is how quickly your application gets filed, once your documents are ready.
